Skills and Experience
Technical degree in Quality Engineering or equal experience
Experience in supplier development and quality assurance.
Knowledge in IATF and ISO 9001.
Key Skills

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF:

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
PCA (Permanent Corrective Action)
SRICA (Supplier Request for Industrial Change Approval
SREA(Supplier Request for Engineering Approval)
Supplier Process Audits and sourcing of new suppliers.
Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
Expected to travel 70% on-sitepresence at suppliers.
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Driver’s license required
Your role at Aurobay
As a Supplier Performance Management, you will: Ensure supplier quality – Manage focus suppliers and ensure they meet set quality targets. Lead on-site audits & quality checks – Conduct PPAP, PCA, and sourcing audits to verify and enhance supplier processes. Drive continuous improvement – Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and support escalated issues. Collaborate cross-functionally – Act as the key liaison between suppliers and internal quality, sourcing, and engineering teams. Be the main contact for assigned suppliers – Conduct regular on-site visits ~70% on-sitepresence at suppliers to ensure compliance, quality improvements, and supplier development.
