Description
Your mission As a Supplier Performance Manager, you are responsible for steering and continuously improving the performance of suppliers across IONITY’s network. You ensure that contractual SLAs and KPIs are met, risks are transparently managed, and improvement initiatives are effectively driven. Through structured performance, strong supplier collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making, you contribute directly to network reliability, service quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the performance of selected supplier(s) against contractual SLA KPI and perform supplier escalations promptly Prepare and validate quarterly SLA calculations and performance reports for service partners and suppliers, enabling transparent performance monitoring and informed operational decision‑making Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery Initiate, lead, and support contract negotiations in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms for service quality and cost‑effectiveness Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement changes Prepare and conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to discuss issues, trends, and future strategies (i.e. QBRM) Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier performance with company objectives Assist in internal reporting to management, including performance updates and presentations Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational processes and supplier management Manage supplier-related European campaigns and retrofit projects, ensuring they align with IONITY’s network's strategic objectives Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant changes to supplier management processes Oversee, track, and steer claims and cost‑recovery topics related to suppliers’ performance in collaboration with Procurement, Network Operations, and suppliers, ensuring transparency and full closure This role is from anywhere in Europe! #LI-Remote Your profile Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently Ability to prepare and present strategic content to management and external stakeholders Multitasking and flexibility: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities Collaborative mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders within Network Operations Accountability: Ready to take full responsibility for service performance of suppliers and important projects and campaigns Degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant Management or Engineering field Min. 3 years of experience (background in operations or service performance is a plus) Understanding of service operations and supplier performance management Proactive and enthusiastic: A positive, "to-do" mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Very strong communication skills in English Ability to travel About us IONITY is a joint venture of the car manufacturers BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Group, Kia, Mercedes-Benz AG and Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche, along with BlackRocks Climate Infrastructure Platform as financial investor.
