Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Supply Chain team has multiple positions open for Supplier Program Management Specialists (Level 2, 3, or 4) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. Come join us and be a part of the future of Aerospace!

EXPERIENCED, LEVEL 4:

  • Leads technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
  • Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
  • Conducts and guides supplier assessments
  • Develops current and projected work statement
  • Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
  • Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Develops and executes work movement plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Technical Bachelor’s, Master’s or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, engineering, scientific or information technology field of study)
  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management or Program Management
  • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
  • 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
