Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the Indirects categories from a quality, food safety and sustainability point of view, in alignment with the Procurement Category Managers.
  • Perform vendor assessment and vendor management according to our Intersnack procedures.
  • Ensure compliance through risk assessments, vendor audits and vendor development.
  • Support vendors to provide services and goods within agreed quality, food safety, technical and other standards, with compliance to social and ethical standards.
  • Work with vendors in case of any non-compliance, eliminating root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage relationships with our factories to handle and resolve quality and food safety issues to reduce complaint levels.
  • Collaborate with both Central and Factory engineering on equipment standards and opportunities.
  • Identify and jointly implement potential initiatives for improvement that could result in competitive advantage for Intersnack as well as our vendors.
  • Manage all Vendor Assurance systems and the data therein, ensuring information and documents stay up-to-date for your categories.
