Job Description Lead the Supplier Quality Assurance department in line with defined objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective supervision of all direct reports and overall delivery. Ensure standardization, governance, and process execution, maintaining full compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and all applicable local regulations. Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities to cover all operational stages, respond to incoming requests, and ensure continuity and effectiveness of service delivery. Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members, providing clear instructions, continuous monitoring, performance evaluation, and accountability for results. Identify improvement opportunities within the area of responsibility, provide expert consulting, and propose and implement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. Develop and empower team members by identifying training and development needs, supporting professional growth, coaching, succession planning, diversity, change management, and the application of newly acquired skills. Ensure product and process conformity, taking decisive action—including stopping dispatch when necessary to mitigate risks related to non‑conforming processes or products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. (5–8) years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Full professional proficiency in English language Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving capabilities, supported by strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
