For more information: https://www.segulatechnologies.com Stellenbeschreibung Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Lieferantenauswahl sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenerstaudits (APQP) Beurteilung der Herstellbarkeitsbestätigung des Lieferanten Projektmanagement mit dem Lieferanten mittels QPF (Quality Platform) Durchführung von Projektreviews in regelmäßigen Intervallen Prozessaudit/-abnahme und Unterstützung zur Vorbereitung der Erstbemusterung beim Lieferanten Kontrolle der Implementierung und der Ergebnisse von Q-Gates im Serienanlauf Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Sofortmaßnahmen beim Lieferanten (Serienbetreuung) Unterstützung bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Qualitätsentwicklung des Lieferanten (z.B.: Supplier Scorecard, Anzahl Reklamationen) Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU Maschinenbau); Studium der Gießereikunde bevorzugt Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie bzw. im metallverarbeitenden Produktionsumfeld Kenntnisse/Weiterbildung im Bereich Druckguss/Druckgusstechnologie Erfahrung in der Betreuung/Entwicklung von Lieferanten Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmanagement-Regelwerken und -techniken, APQP/VDA, FMEA, Prozessauditor, gute EDV-Kenntnisse Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement (Bereich: Druckguss inkl. Bearbeitung) in der Automobilindustrie Professionelles Auftreten, Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft Freude an der Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Selbstorganisation Zusätzliche Informationen: Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 58.000,--. Responsibilities

The specialist will support purchasing in supplier selection and conduct initial supplier audits using methodologies like APQP, while also managing supplier projects via QPF and conducting regular project reviews. Responsibilities include process auditing, supporting first sample inspections, controlling Q-Gates during ramp-up, and assisting with immediate corrective actions and complaint handling.
