Job Description About the role This position is responsible for partnering with suppliers to leverage their quality in order to improve our customer experience and to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Performing supplier audits and reports, including follow up on CAPA resulting from audits. Managing and following up on supplier complaints with authority to quarantine and reject defect raw material. Keeping the quality document system and the approved supplier list up to date. Identifying key raw material parameters that can result in bad quality and proposing solutions. Maintaining relationships with key suppliers through regular review meetings and promoting quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines such as ISO 13485; auditor accreditation is an advantage. Strong technical background or experience in an industrial environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Analytical and organizational skills with a working knowledge of basic statistics and problem-solving. Keen attention to detail and the willingness and ability to travel up to 5%.
