Job Description

Main objective of the job:

• Preparation and execution of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) ensuring supplier quality and capability for the assigned material fields and region – Source to Contract.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Preparation and execution of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) ensuring supplier quality and capability for the assigned material fields and region – Source to Contract;
• Supplier Top Offender tracking for the assigned material fields and region;
• Input to and implementation of quality assurance activities for the assigned material fields and region;
• Build effective stakeholder relationship management. Increase of early involvement of quality activities;
• Interface towards internal customers and contact person for Indirect Purchasing in terms of quality
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Language: English, Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in quality management, i.e. Advanced Quality Planning, complaint process, Value Stream Q-Basics.
• Knowledge in quality management systems, i.e. ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop solutions & drive results.
• Experience in supplier management high self-motivation and self-leading skills, willingness to travel internationally.
• quality auditor (optional) - Effective listening and communication (verbal and written) with stakeholders on various hierarchy levels.
• Good cross-functional coordination and commercial mindset.
• Clarity and Accuracy: Checks own work.
• Willing to take responsibility and decisive in a time-sensitive situation.
• Teamwork: Solicits inputs and encourages other.
• Fluency in English. German would represent an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality.
