Job Description Supplier claim process management, including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts. Assure the continue flow on non defect components to the production line. Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process. Coordinate Failure Analysis activities. Support to customer quality groups, regarding 8D´s related to Mechanical components claims (technical support). Follow-up of the defect cost recovery process and concessions management. Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals. SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up, Q-Info Record and Inspection plan). Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP. Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance). Ensure the department Target Achievement. Support the Goals for BPS, CIP, 5's and ESD.
