Your responsibilities will include: Provide direct supplier quality support for the Quincy site production and distribution operations. Provide quality engineering support during acquisition onboarding and product transition activities. Evaluate, review, and approve SOPs, work instructions, risk management files, and process verifications as applicable. Apply structured, data-driven problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues. Collaborate with local and divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality strategies. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, technology, life sciences, or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device industry (or similar regulated field) in a supply chain, manufacturing, or production support role Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, root cause analysis, and critical thinking/problem-solving Familiarity with packaging and final pack quality requirements Proven ability to influence without direct authority Strong attention to detail Requisition ID: 616764 Minimum Salary: $ 72800 Maximum Salary: $ 138300 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
