Assure the continue flow on non defect components to the production line. Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process. Incoming inspection supervisor for technicians Incoming inspection administration Monitoring /coordination of activities of incoming inspection and Failure Analysis Support to customer quality groups, regarding 8D´s related to Mechanical components claims (technical support). Follow-up of the defect cost recovery process and concessions management. Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals. SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up, Q-Info Record and Inspection plan). Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP. Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance). Ensure the department Target Achievement. Support the Goals for BPS, CIP, 5's and ESD. Qualifications +3 years of experience on similar positions in manufacturing industry Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent English language: Advanced Problem solving (desirable) Automotive Industry experience (desirable) Production processes experience (desirable) MS Office proficient SAP is desired Additional Information Teamwork Leadership Independent work and self-motivated Organized and structured Analytical thinking Communication and negotiation skills Required flexibility for traveling to suppliers
