Description

Your tasks

With us, you will independently manage the supplier landscape for two business units – drives and drills, and chemical products such as fire protection solutions and chemical anchors. You will strategically develop our supplier base, ensure stable production and material processes, and proactively drive quality and efficiency improvements along the entire value chain.

You will actively contribute to quality assurance and the further development of quality concepts and methods – both internally and with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and extended workbenches. You will participate in risk analyses, analyze quality problems using statistical methods, and derive appropriate measures for process and product optimization.

Furthermore, you will evaluate and qualify new suppliers, conduct recurring process audits, and support quality-related tasks in development projects and cross-plant initiatives. As a central interface between manufacturing, development, and suppliers, you will translate technical requirements into implementable solutions and ensure quality throughout the entire supply chain.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, quality engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in the support and auditing of international suppliers (m/f/d)
  • Excellent communication skills and confident handling of international stakeholders – in German and English
  • Knowledge of quality methods and quality management systems
  • Drivers of change with strong problem-solving skills
  • Structured, independent work style and the ability to quickly grasp complex situations
  • Desirable: Experience in production or a production-related environment
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%, DACH region + international)
