What You’ll Do

  • Conducting visual and functional inspections as well as systematic analysis of quality problems and their causes, including the initiation of immediate measures.
  • Contact person for defects, deviations and quality assurance – including coordination of special approvals, rework and remanufacturing.
  • Moderation of daily meetings and implementation of corrective actions defined within the team.
  • Actively demanding technical requirements via dashboards, reviewing measurement protocols, and ensuring compliance with drawing tolerances.
  • Recording and compliance with quality costs (e.g., additional logistical effort, rework) as well as support of the continuous improvement process (CIP).
  • Analysis of measurement protocols and implementation of corrective actions according to internal work instructions.
  • Answering technical quality questions and ensuring compliance with quality specifications.

What You’ll Bring

  • Required knowledge and skills acquired through specialized vocational training or many years of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of processes and interfaces in design, work preparation, manufacturing, purchasing and assembly
  • High level of technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex tasks
  • Proficient use of MS Office, MOCS, dashboards, as well as knowledge of the issue tracking tool (JIRA) and basic quality techniques (PDCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
  • Experience with measuring and testing equipment, analysis of measurement protocols, and a structured approach to problem analysis and resolution.
  • Strong teamwork skills, independent work style, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and motivation for continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent German and English skills, as well as convincing communication skills with internal and external partners.
