We are currently looking for an individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. We would like you to formulate, deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You will deliver R&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with no relevant experience
• Proven organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area

• Ensures compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies, which may include investigating and resolving compliance violations, questions, or concerns
• Analyzes audit data and presents findings to management and/or regulatory bodies in support of Corrective Action Plans, which may include coaching business partners on compliance gaps, data, and/or resulting corrective actions
• Develops and implements programs, communications, and/or training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and/or processes
