DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our procurement team in our fast-paced and dynamic company. You monitor our suppliers and ensure they meet the required quality levels. With a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset, you drive quality improvements and support us on our growth path. If you bring good experience in quality assurance and control in electronics and PCBA manufacturing, have a good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, and want to join an ambitious team, you should talk to us.

SKILLS

  • 2 years of experience as Quality Engineer
  • Deep electronics background (ideally coming from hardware development)
  • Descent electronic manufacturing process knowledge (PCB manufacturing and assembly processes (e.g. IPC-A-610)
  • Insight in non-destructive and destructive electronics manufacturing analysis procedures
  • Very pragmatic yet systematic approach to reach the quality objectives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of ISO9001:2015
  • Happy to use newer tools and technologies, e.g. Jira/Confluence, AI
  • Great communicator
  • Good English level B2+
  • Nice to have: German level B2+
Responsibilities
  • Supplier quality assurance and control (including statistical process control SPC)
  • Supplier audits (mostly contract manufacturers/EMS)
  • Nonconformity and CAPA handling
  • Continuous improvements of our products and processes (Lean Six Sigma, DfX, etc.)
  • Support in customer audits and quality questionnaire answering
  • Support improving our QMS
