Job Description Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects. Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001 Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools Qualifications Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum) Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge Read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply international codes (EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED) MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) English B2 minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100% Additional Information Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary Annual Bonus Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home Office possible 2 days a week Extra days of leave Sick Days Recreation allowance Referral Program Travel allowance The third pillar of the pension scheme Support for professional and career growth, education and training *Eligibility for benefits is subject to internal rules For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
