Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that every supplier‑originated item meets stringent quality and specification standards through meticulous piece-by-piece inspections, while maintaining supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual, dimensional, functional, performance, and material inspections on every unit in incoming batches before packaging or shipment
• Verify packaging, labeling, and documentation accuracy for every unit
• Log inspection results, report defects, and initiate corrective action protocols
• Coordinate with production teams for supplier selection, qualification, and alignment on specifications
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5 Whys), manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and drive continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering roles, or leading production teams
• Experience with supplier quality assurance in automotive or related industries is a plus Skilled in problem-solving approaches like root cause analysis and 5 Whys
• Basic understanding of GD&T, problem-solving, and manufacturing processed
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Proficiency in quality documentation, inspection tools, and data analysis
