Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our team. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility and a proactive approach to supplier quality management, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement within our supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the supplier quality department. Responsible for supplier development and complaints management. Support system and process audits at suppliers and customers, including follow-up and implementation of corrective actions. Control and manage escalations effectively. Provide support in project launches and change management concerning quality issues. Analyze KPIs and create quality reports for management. Oversee the product sampling process and APQP for purchased parts. Qualifications Your Qualifications: Completed engineering studies or a technical apprenticeship with further qualification as a technician. Several years of professional experience in the automotive or automobile industry (e.g., quality, production, logistics, or purchasing). In-depth knowledge of common quality tools and standards (IATF16949, VDA6.3, SPC, FMEA, APQP/PPAP). Practical experience in conducting audits is desirable, ideally with auditor certification.
