You are responsible for managing complaints to suppliers and driving the continuous improvement of supplier performance .
You develop key performance indicators, reports and supplier evaluations and derive suitable improvement measures from them .
You plan, coordinate and conduct supplier audits and support suppliers in the sustainable development of their processes and quality standards.
You will contribute to the implementation of our supplier strategy, risk management, and sustainability goals.
You will be involved in the selection, qualification and approval of new suppliers, as well as the initial sampling and approval of components.
You support development and factory projects as a central interface to our suppliers and ensure a successful transition to series production.
You initiate and manage supplier development programs , working closely with purchasing, engineering, production and other departments.
Profile
You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
You have several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in supplier management, supplier quality management or quality management in a manufacturing company.
You have a technical background in mechanical or electrical manufacturing processes.
You are familiar with common quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa or supplier evaluations and apply them confidently in practice.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and impress with a confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts.
You are willing to travel for supplier visits and audits.
You have good English skills, both spoken and written.
