REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar technical background).
· Solid experience in Quality roles within industrial/factory environments (assembly focus preferred).
· 2+ years’ experience in engineering and production (as a quality engineer), ideally for engineered-to-order (ETO) products.
· Lead Auditor certification or substantial experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 frameworks.
· Strong analytical skills—ability to spot key trends from granular data.
· Experience leading complex incident investigations across multiple departments.
· Hands-on with QMS management; confident in driving and implementing improvements.
· Demonstrated team leadership skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in Power Electronics.
· Experience with ISO 15001.
· Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and supplier qualification.
· Creativity, intercultural competence, and a drive for innovation/change.
· Proven use of advanced analysis and quality control tools.

· Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team including a Supplier Quality Engineer and a Quality Inspector. Collaborate actively with Plant, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Project Management leadership, as well as international Quality teams.
· QMS Stewardship:
Own and optimize the QMS, ensuring relevance, compliance, and certification to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Lead all internal and external audits and drive action plans.
· Continuous Improvement:
Analyze quality data, spearhead process improvements, set and promote organization-wide quality objectives, and help reduce costs.
· Incident Management:
Lead root-cause investigations, develop robust corrective and preventative actions, and share best practices across departments.
· Customer & Supplier Relations:
Represent the company in customer audits and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). Oversee supplier evaluation and approvals, ensuring only the highest-quality vendors are engaged.
· Training & Development:
Ensure all staff are trained and up to date with quality requirements; provide ongoing development aimed at continuous excellence.
· Additional Support:
Advise on product development and quality challenges as a trusted partner to all functional areas.
