Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting for a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen our Quality Assurance team. This role will play a vital part in managing supplier risk, ensuring consistent and secure supply, and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
You will work closely with critical and high-risk suppliers to improve performance, resolve issues, and align supplier systems with Zotefoams’ quality standards. With responsibility for supplier audits, risk management, and quality improvements, this position is central to supporting our business in key markets including aerospace and automotive.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage regularly with critical suppliers, monitoring performance and identifying risks that could affect supply.
  • Drive supplier improvements, including corrective actions and new product development activities.
  • Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
  • Represent Zotefoams in supplier meetings, maintaining improvement plans and reporting on high-risk suppliers.
  • Lead supplier audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed and escalating issues where required.
  • Monitor supplier performance using structured approaches such as 8D, 6 Sigma, APQP and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain supplier qualification plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Safeguard product quality by assessing supplier changes (formulations, processes, or measurement methods) and ensuring risks are mitigated.
  • Support global quality initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
