Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Follow up and improve supplier production plans to meet delivery requirements.  * Audit production process/final audit (Vacuum Cleaner, motors, Hose, Filter bags and other accessories) to sure lower complaints from customers. * Report daily to direct manager on product audits, quality issues and project development issues. * Support/follow up new project and quality issue happened in supplier production line or complaint from customer with supplier. * Help supplier to train operator and QC according to ETC product requirements.   Who You Are: * You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You identify and create the necessary processes to get work done. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.   For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.  * 5+ years of experience in quality or supply chain quality. * Solid product knowledge in some specific areas ex. PPAP, QCSIR, CAPA, CP, SPC, ESAC and others when specified. * Familiar with Quality Management System and Quality Tools. * Excellent communication and liaison skills, fluent oral and written in Vietnam and English; fluent oral Chinese is preferred. * Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.   Our Culture & Commitment to You: * At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
