Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to support in Hazelwood, MO!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

More than 3 years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting result

• sMore than 3 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA
• )More than 3 years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specification
• sMore than 1 year of experience interacting with functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or other related function
• sMore than 1 year of experience with First Article Inspections (FAI) (i.e. AS9102
• )

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

More than 3 years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processe

• sMore than 3 years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS
• )More than 3 years of experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP) at supplier
• sBoeing First Article and Product Inspection Process knowledg
• eMore than 3 years of experience leading, managing, or implementing Lean+ initiative
• sExperience managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external), customers, or supplier
• sExperience working with Quality Standards in the Aviation Industry such as AS9100, AS9145, AS650
