SUMMARY

Dynamic and experienced Current Product Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Supervisor who will lead a high-performing team supporting production operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is critical in driving supplier quality performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring timely resolution of supplier-related issues that impact production.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality Administration, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive supplier quality, supplier development or quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management capabilities.
  • Proven success in leading multi-site supplier improvement or corrective-action projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • ASQ Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
  • Multi language skills a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Current Product Supplier Quality Engineers across domestic and international manufacturing sites.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development for team members.
  • Oversee containment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for supplier-caused production issues.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact supplier quality concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and externally to enhance supplier quality processes and metrics.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure alignment with quality standards and expectations.
  • Support strategic initiatives to standardize and improve supplier quality management systems.
