THE POST

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Commissioning, Supported Living and Accommodation Based Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to shape and enhance relationships with existing care home providers in Brent and drive improvements across the sector.

You will play a key role in:

• Supporting the commissioning of services within supported living, Extra care and other accommodation-based services.
• Developing a strategic approach to Commissioning, Quality Assurance and Market Management.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Adult Social Care, external stakeholders, and residents.
• Understanding supply and demand in the market and helping to grow and shape services accordingly.
