YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Supply Relationship Manager at Policy Expert, you’ll be stepping into a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution. As we scale our business and supplier needs evolve, this is an exciting opportunity to influence the development of our supplier relationship strategy and drive tangible business value.
This role is more than just procurement support. You will lead the relationship management of our critical external suppliers, ensuring contracts, performance, and strategic alignment are all optimised for mutual success. From managing contract renewals and overseeing supplier reviews to driving continuous improvement and innovation, you’ll be at the centre of how we partner for success.
You will act as the key link between Policy Expert and our external partners, including technology vendors, service providers, and professional services. You’ll work closely with the wider business to ensure supplier partnerships support our strategic goals, deliver cost efficiencies, and reflect our values including ESG and risk management standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage key supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, supplier performance tracking, and contract management activities.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure supplier agreements meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
  • Identify, initiate, and pioneer change and innovation initiatives across supplier categories.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including contract renewals and changes in commercial terms (e.g. cost, SLAs, terms).
  • Monitor and analyse supplier performance metrics, producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve supplier governance processes and support the development of a long-term supplier strategy.
