JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of the garage/site supplier data displayed on the ViSN SMR platform. Through regular updates to site entries provided by Customers, the Supplier Network and Customer Success teams, by providing administrative support and maintaining effective communication with both clients and team members. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Share point applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to self-learn and use own initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Typing skills with a high degree of accuracy for data entry purposes.
  • Previous clerical experience will be considered an asset in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to supplier inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Share point for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
  • Maintain an organised office environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
  • Ensure the garage/site supplier success of signup and onboarding is effective and efficient following all agreed processes.
  • Ensure listings of garage/sites is updated in a timely manner with external information supplied, such as by vehicle manufacturers.
  • First line support to the Customer Success team relating to garage/site suppliers.
  • Periodic reviews of the garage/site database, to maintain and cleanse the data.
