Leads team concurrence on applicable STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) processes and procedures · Drives adherence to policies and procedures in STA · Drives continuous improvement in existing STA processes and procedures · Develops and enables the cascade of global processes and procedures and any changes to appropriate Purchasing, STA, PD, and supplier personnel · Develops and produces reports to give insight into the effectiveness of STA processes and procedures · Develop details of process requirements for STA IT projects and test system changes.
