Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Suppliers Coordinator to manage and support supplier-related activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between the company and its vendors. This role plays a key part in supporting the procurement team’s efficiency and reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields are an advantage.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a procurement or suppliers coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and contact information.
  • Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics such as quality, delivery times, and compliance.
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers and recommending improvements or alternative sources.
  • Support the procurement team with supplier-related documentation and contract follow-ups.
  • Facilitate resolution of supply issues, delays, or disputes in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt of materials.
  • Prepare reports on supplier performance and delivery status for management review.
  • Help implement supplier development and risk management strategies.
