Description Essential Duties: Assist with receiving, sorting, categorizing, inventorying, and storage of donated items Inspect donations for apparent damage, expirations dates, and handle any discrepancies Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and food are delivered Maintain, count, and distribute/deliver inventory on a regular basis and ensure sufficient supplies are available for operations Attends and actively participates in staff meetings Other Duties: Any other duties required by supervisor Serve as back up Truck Driver Maintains confidentiality of all data, including guests, employee, and operational data Requirements Education/Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Experience using a forklift and pallet jack Experience driving a box truck and ability to obtain DOT Card Must have excellent and demonstrated interpersonal relations and both written and oral communication skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite, computer input, and database management Other Factors to Consider: Ability to walk, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push, and pull items weighing 100 pounds or less; manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Excellent reading and writing skills; typing/computer usage; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures; Possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License Working Conditions: Inside and Outside environment
