Job Description The Supply and Demand Executive plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the supply chain. This position is responsible for end-to-end coordination of item master data management, inventory flow, and delivery execution, while acting as a key interface between commercial, operations, and external partners. In order to improve the business outcomes, this person will work with the leadership team to streamline the supply chain operation. This includes, but not limited to, looking after commercial activities, process efficiencies, and business innovations. In detail: Oversee SKU code creation to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems. Manage inventory flow by coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations and on-time delivery. Prepare weekly/monthly reports including inventory adjustments, claims, ageing, and reconciliation reports. Identify and resolve day-to-day supply chain issues in collaboration with relevant teams. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to business innovation and operational efficiency. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management to support business priorities. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders with varying business needs. The candidate will establish a high degree of ownership and initiative, coupled with a consistent, detail-oriented focus as controller of new businesses for the company. The candidate should be obsessed with cost and process efficiency, with incessant attention to the growing business requirements. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong history of managing projects to tight timelines, balancing multiple priorities, effectively working across internal stakeholders, and demonstrating effective communication skills appropriate to the audience. Other qualifications include the following: Must possess a minimum of 2 years combined experience in supply and demand planning, supply chain management, business management, or related fields. Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and operational controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in multinational businesses in the APAC region is preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated passion for supply and demand planning, process excellence, business control, and the e-commerce industry. Additional Information Work Setup: Hybrid
