About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing procurement activities, inventory control, supplier relationships, warehousing, and distribution functions to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services across the business.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving operational performance, reducing costs, maintaining supplier standards, and ensuring the timely availability of goods to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with business goals.

-Manage purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluations.

-Oversee inventory planning and stock control to ensure optimal inventory levels.

-Coordinate warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.

-Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key stakeholders.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.

-Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support strategic purchasing decisions.

-Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports relating to procurement and supply chain activities.

-Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and procurement team members.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, distribution, or logistics management.

Strong knowledge of procurement practices, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

High level of proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
