With locally stocked products, Australia-wide delivery and wholesale partnerships, the business supports both retail customers and distribution partners through efficient dispatch, competitive product offerings and reliable after-sales service.

As the business continues to expand its Australian operations and product range, we are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to lead and coordinate our supply, inventory and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement and monitor purchasing, inventory, storage and distribution strategies to support product availability, cost efficiency and the continued growth of EeezaHome’s Australian operations.

· Plan and control inventory levels, replenishment and stock movements, ensuring adequate product availability while minimising excess stock and associated supply costs.

· Lead supplier and logistics management, including negotiating commercial terms and coordinating purchasing, inbound supply, warehousing and distribution to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.

· Oversee inventory and supply chain systems, analyse purchasing and distribution records, and use operational data to improve forecasting, stock control and supply performance.

· Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and distribution partners to ensure efficient movement and delivery of products across the Australian market.

· Lead the supply and distribution function, supervise relevant staff, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or distribution, including demonstrated experience in a senior supply and distribution role.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, supplier management, warehousing and distribution, preferably within e-commerce, retail, wholesale or consumer goods industries.

· Demonstrated leadership, commercial decision-making, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

· Strong English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese language capability will be highly regarded, particularly for communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and cross-border supply chain partners.

Salary & Benefits
