JOB SUMMARY

IIQAF is seeking a highly organized and experienced Supply and Logistics Manager to join our team. As the Supply and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply and logistics operations of our organization. This is a crucial role within our company as it ensures the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services to our clients. You will play a key role in managing our supply chain, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing our logistics processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with supply chain management software
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the supply chain and logistics operations of our organization
  • Develop and implement effective supply and logistics strategies to meet customer demands and organizational goals
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, establish delivery schedules and monitor their performance
  • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Manage the distribution and storage of goods, including coordinating warehouse operations and receiving and shipping procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply and logistics operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Use data and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain and logistics processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain
