Purpose of the role: We are looking for people who are excellent at problem solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the supply chain of our business. Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be required to design and implement processes and effectively to utilize the technicians and ensure to get maximum productivity. Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change initiatives as required. Motivate and lead a team of high performing service partners in a demanding and time sensitive environment Audit the performance of the workforce Guide enforcement of policies, including attendance; create and distribute reports to the management, provide Senior Leadership with daily snapshots of team's performance; escalate issues to Senior Leadership as necessary. Will be responsible for fleet utilization, productivity and retention strategies Address technicians concerns effectively and devise strong processes.
Responsibilities
The candidate will design and implement processes to maximize technician productivity and manage staffing plans and quality initiatives. They will also audit workforce performance and guide policy enforcement.
