Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Supply Chain & 3PL Coordinator at Honey Birdette is the ultimate behind-the-scenes hero—keeping our global logistics running smoother than silk stockings. From coordinating with warehouses across Australia, the UK, US, and Europe to ensuring every product lands exactly where it should, this role is all about precision, pace, and a little bit of magic.

This role is offered as a 12 month parental leave contract with the opportunity to convert to permanent in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the central point for collecting, filtering, and prioritising all warehouse requests across Australia, the UK, US, and Netherlands
  • Oversee the end-to-end “goods in” process across all regions to ensure timely and accurate stock receipting
  • Monitor warehouse activities and proactively follow up to ensure service levels and timelines are met
  • Review and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Validate and manage freight invoices, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinate and support bi-annual stocktakes across all warehouse locations
  • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting
  • Manage the reporting, stock levels, and reordering of consumables inventory
  • Lead and coordinate ad hoc or special supply chain projects, acting as the key point of contact.

  • Strong excel skills

  • Previous experience in a logistics administration role
  • Excellent attention to the details
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced trend focussed environment (HQ Retail highly regarded)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage workflow according to priorities
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Positive, proactive approach to retailingFlexible and can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
