Description

Verisio’s approach to ESG due diligence is comprehensive, covering everything from onboarding to continuous improvement across your supply chain. Clients can select the services that work for them from our extensive offering and benefit from our team of experts with high-level knowledge of global supply chain challenges. Optimus, our bespoke platform, bridges the gap between human expertise and tech-enabled transparency. It enables companies to evaluate and manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks across all corners of their supply chain. All data stored on Optimus is reportable via interactive dashboards, customised to client needs, with day-to-day support from a dedicated supply chain coordinator.
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Account Coordinator to join our Peterborough team. Each coordinator handles one or more clients, responding to their emails and assisting in running supply chain transparency programs under the supervision of a team. Excellent written English and standard computer skills are vital. No previous experience is necessary. All training will be provided. Personality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are the most essential qualifications.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams.

Duties

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of client programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of customised client procedures and reports, offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Provide support in reviewing evidence for minor ‘Desktop’ non-conformances
  • Carry out factory audit report gradings in line with client requirements
  • Support the Client Relations team in managing supply chain-related audits, including assisting with documentation, findings, and recommendations.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and conferences, ensuring effective communication
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and the collection of monthly Purchase Order numbers from supply chain clients, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Supply Chain Account Managers to review and validate reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Assistant Supply Chain Account Managers with any supply chain program inquiries
  • Carry out data entry tasks and answer phones
  • Contribute to miscellaneous departmental projects as assigned, ensuring the successful completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Create online Corrective Action Plans on Optimus, based on audit reports provided by clients.

Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
If you are a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
