Role: Supply Chain Administrative Assistant
Location: Saskatoon
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, May - August

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to support our Purchasing and Logistics teams. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or administration to gain practical, hands-on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Supply Chain Administrative Assistant, you will have:

Education & Skills

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Office Administration, or Supply Chain Management considered an asset
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset

Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Contact suppliers to gather and confirm part information, including country of origin and harmonization codes
  • Collect and organize part-related data from both internal and external sources
  • Accurately enter data into our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Complete basic ERP transactions based on provided information
  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
