INTRODUCTION
Community Foods Limited is a major supplier of organic and conventional dried fruit, nuts, seeds, pulses, and other ambient stable ingredients to the UK food industry, including a number of market leading brands and supermarkets.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Supply Planner to join our team and contribute to our success.
The individual must be articulate, highly motivated, a continual problem solver as well as someone who works well on their own and part of a team.
This position is ideal for a supply planner already experienced in FMCG, who is enthusiastic about sustainability initiatives and environmental concerns. We are looking for someone eager to deepen their understanding of supply chain planning in a fast-moving environment.

· A team player with a flexible approach to a variety of duties.
· Effective communication across a range of stakeholders, with clear verbal and written communication.
· Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
· Attention to detail
· Proactive and problem solving, assessing situations, identifying issues, and devising solutions for improvement.
· Time management and prioritising, juggling multiple orders, coordinating stock movement, and maintaining overall supply chain efficiency.
The overall responsibility of the Supply Chain Administrator is to manage the supply
of a range of SKUs to ensure supply meets demand in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Duties will include:
· To use appropriate reports such as “Master Arrivals” to identify potential future constraints and plan accordingly.
· Ensure consistent supply of raw materials for key accounts – such as Sainsburys
· To “chase” for materials where no due dates are supplied or where deliveries fail to be delivered on time and in full – this is to internal teams such as production planner/ warehouse/logistics/quality control teams or external teams.
· Where necessary to arrange STR’s (stock transfer requests) to have finished goods moved from various 3rd party warehouses.
· To liaise with offsite storage facilities to identify stock holding of certain packaging or raw material goods to support the stock control function.
· Checking of “Reflex” data, a forecasting tool to guide the requirement of raw materials and to be used in conjunction with SAP and MRP.
· Support the NCR & Supplier returns process.
