SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
WMS (Warehouse Manufacturing System) experience
Good literacy and numeracy skills

Responsibilities
Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, and Supply Chain Coordinator about fulfilling departmental requirements
Ensure all orders are received and actioned, with the stock sheet updated and added to Exchequer (finance tool)
Responsibility for arranging necessary transport
Liaise with haulers to facilitate the collection of goods to arrange for deliveries at the desired times
Monitor stock levels to ensure stock is ready, on time, and it is in the correct place
Check for and investigate stock discrepancies and Use By dates through the Warehouse Management System (Keymas)
Compliance with the company’s Hygiene and Health Safety policies
