Supply Chain Administrator Location: Truro, Cornwall Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Salary: Circa £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) The UK’s heating system is outdated - costing people and the planet too much. About the Role Our Supply Chain (Manufacturing) team is entering an exciting phase as we refresh key processes and introduce improved data‑driven metrics to strengthen supplier quality and performance. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable supplier, pricing, and product data, supporting supplier relationships, and enabling smooth purchasing operations. You don’t need previous supply chain experience - just strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Your contribution will directly support Kensa’s continued growth and innovation. What you’ll be doing Manage the Supply Chain shared inbox and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product, pricing, and supplier data across systems. Monitor overdue and outstanding purchase orders and follow up where required. Help maintain clear and well‑organised digital records to support smooth workflow across the team. Support supplier onboarding and coordinate with active suppliers in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with supplier communication to help resolve simple queries promptly. Resolve invoice queries in collaboration with the Finance team. Support continuous improvement projects and the standardisation of supply chain processes. Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team while upholding confidentiality and health & safety standards. You'll be part of a busy but supportive team environment, where communication and collaboration are key. What you’ll bring Good attention to detail and the ability to work with data confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ability to work effectively toward weekly and monthly targets. A collaborative approach and openness to feedback and learning. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a calm and effective way.
