About the Role

Seeking a highly analytical and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.

This role is focused on data analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy, ensuring efficient coordination across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution functions.

You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and improving customer service outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance and reduce operational costs
  • Collect and analyse operational data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, inventory turnover, and service levels
  • Provide recommendations and insights to management on process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to improve delivery performance
  • Support implementation of system and process improvements across the organisation

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1-year relevant full-time experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
