Description About the Role Arq is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support production, logistics, and inventory management across our activated carbon manufacturing network. This role ensures accurate material tracking, efficient transportation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize operations and costs. Key Responsibilities Support raw material and finished goods inventory counts, reconciliation, and reorder analysis. Manage shipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation for raw materials and finished goods. Analyze freight cost, routing alternatives, and storage optimization to reduce cost and waste. Partner with operations to evaluate production vs. plan, feed rate, and yield trends. Maintain GPS trackers and assist in software testing and report validation (MDP, CPM, SQL, etc.). Prepare data and presentations for S&OP and operations reviews. Serve as backup for transload coordination, finished goods inventory management, and weekly inventory meetings. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; or 3+ years of relevant operations/analytical experience. Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, pivot tables, SQL data links). Strong analytical and statistical skills with attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions. Experience with Exaquantum or similar DCS systems preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access production and warehouse areas, including climbing stairs and ladders. Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment.
