Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced supply chain professional ready to make a significant impact on optimising end-to-end operations?
As the Supply Chain Analyst for our PLUS ES Metering Business, you will have a key role in ensuring that our metering equipment supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning & Optimisation: Develop plans to optimise cost, efficiency, and customer service across the supply chain, from procurement to reverse logistics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse supply chain data (inventory, transportation, lead times, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Create dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor and report on efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Forecasting: Work with Deployment, Sales, and Finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, using historical data and market trends.
  • Cost & Inventory Management: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, manage inventory to meet customer demand, minimise costs, and ensure optimal stock levels through audits.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong vendor relationships, ensure timely deliveries, and provide excellent service for internal and external stakeholders by serving as the point of contact for all metering equipment orders and enquiries.
  • Logistics Optimisation: Organise warehousing and freight with third-party logistics providers, optimise forward and reverse logistics channels to control costs, and track inventory across the supply chain. Ensure the return of equipment for warranty repair, replacement, or refurbishment.
  • Operational Focus: Manage daily supply chain activities, including placing orders, tracking statuses, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution by proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
