Job Description - Control Inventory movement and reconcile Inventory level with Global/ Finance Team. - Coordinate for S&OP meeting and action follow up. - Cooperate with Planning/ Purchasing/ Procurement/ Logistic to drive for action to achieve SC KPIs. - Work in daily report, data analysis and SC dashboard update. - Develop and maintain all related tools/methods for efficiency working in Supply chain activities. - Participate and excel assigned Project related to Supply Chain operation. - Track and measure Supply Chain performance and report to management for driving action. - Ad hoc task assignment by Supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. 3+ years in supply chain management or related experience. - Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented. - Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements. - Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion. - Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees. - General Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics knowledge. - Familiarity in process documentation and improvement. - Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software. - Excellent project management skills. - Green Belt or ELS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
