Overview of Role Reporting to Supply Chain Project Manager, you will act as a data-driven, cross-functional bridge across supply chain. Your core focus will be on translating operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, while also developing a holistic understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. Core Responsibilities • Regularly role model BOA values to your team and others • Participate in a structured on-the-job training program at Customer Service team to develop hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of operations • Conduct Customer centric data analysis through data collection and analysis to support the optimization of CS operations and inform cross-departmental decision-making • Maintain the data dashboards and analytical reports to ensure timely and accurate update • Conduct targeted research and data analysis, and develop formal documentation to support strategic decision-making and ongoing supply chain process improvements • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative insights to team discussions, and leverage your analytical perspective to drive cross-departmental problem-solving and supply chain process optimization • Learn new data analysis tools, supply chain knowledges and industry best practices to continuously enhance the professional capabilities and add value to the team Required Qualifications • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Data analysis or related field • Recent graduates (within the last 1-2 years) or upcoming graduates • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis or related field • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin • Advanced computer skills in Excel (pivot table, formulas, macros, etc.) to effectively collect, organize and analyze operational data • Proactive learning mindset, willing to continuously explore new tools and process to adapt to evolving job requirements • Occasional travelling is required Desired Qualifications • Familiar with Power BI or other digital platforms are an advantage • Recent graduates (within the last 1-2 years) or upcoming graduates is accepted We Offer We’re committed to helping our people be themselves, be well, and grow.
