This role is essential in supporting several service demands, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation to our internal departments. Responsibilities ERP Support Maintain and update information in the ERP system Ensure accurate information is shared with relevant departments and properly archived Participate in shipping meetings and provide administrative support License plate creation + updating + Items creation, Clocking issues, Job order tracking, Debug Invoices & Credit Notes Issue invoices and credit notes for orders and consignment stocks Verify and control transport invoices for accuracy Compliance & Safety Follow ISO 9100 quality management procedures Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations Qualifications Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in industrial environment Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with both internal and external customers Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systems Ability to be a team player and work in a demanding environment Why Join Us?
