POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collaborating all key activity within the supply chain department, whether it being data analysis and reporting, industry trends and or custom laws and regulations for importing / exporting, project coordination of interdepartmental activity and or project coordination for cost saving initiatives, and supporting other key business analytical activity.
Role Responsibilities-
· S&OP Process - Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, operational performance and demand forecasts, coordinate S&OP process & cycle,
· Develop and maintain supply chain models, including demand planning, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling,
· Run & investigate daily requirements reports for purchasing,
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance,
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain and coordinate supply chain projects,
· Review and approve haulier invoicing through newly defined reporting methods,
· Track, monitor and report department spend versus budget – Raw matertials & Packaging, Transport & warehousing,
· CHEP coordination, managing flows both inbound and outbound, and reconciliation of theoretical CHEP counts to physical counts,
· Valpak monthly and annual reporting,
· Support with SEDEX market analysis and sustainable sourcing,
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, planning / production, and logistics, to optimise supply chain processes,
· Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making,
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislations and best practices in supply chain management,
· Stay up-to-date with Import / Export custom laws and regulations and keep the business updated with any changes which will impact operations and or costing modules,
· Root Cause Analysis: With collaboration with wider department, Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and anomalies, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions,
· Collaborative Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD, R&D, and Planning, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and ensure smooth coordination,
· Technology Utilisation: Leverage supply chain management software and data analysis tools to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making,
· Strict adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and safe operating procedures, whilst promoting a health and safety culture to safeguard all employees,
· Strict adherence to Technical and Quality policies, proactively contributing to the business’ food safety and quality culture, whilst continually maintaining high product quality and GMP standards,
· Any other duties as required.
Role Requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

· Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills,
· Excellent organisation and coordination skills,
· Experience with Sage and or ERP systems,
· Min. 3 years experience in a similar role,
· Flexibility and willingness to train as required,
