We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Professional to play a key role coordinating the procurement of raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies while maintaining cost, quality, and efficiency.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-5 years Purchasing and Planning/Scheduling experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.

  Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Review and process purchase requisitions; prepare purchase orders and quote requests.
• Source products and services by evaluating price, availability, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within budgetary and authority limits.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including costs, delivery, quality, and supplier data.
• Resolve issues with defective or unacceptable goods/services in collaboration with quality control, vendors, and users.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Expedite delivery of goods as needed and monitor supplier performance with the Quality team.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on cost reduction, outsourcing, and new product launches.
• Utilize ERP systems to improve efficiency in manufacturing and business processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control practices.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; participate in supplier risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support sales and engineering teams with order entry and related procurement activities.
