SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS & REPORTING

From the GGI (Giampaolo Group Inc.) Purchasing Roadmap covering maintenance, repair, operations and general spend categories, the analyst will track savings programs, prepare monthly compliance reports, and quarterly presentations. Responsible for data gathering across companies with regards to purchasing and logistics, providing analysis, reporting and key observations.

JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and bringing into manageable reports
· Proven ability to drive and demonstrate results financially
· Full knowledge of the purchase to payable process
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Business Intelligence
· Skills utilizing an ERP system
· Purchasing knowledge as it relates to product or logistics
· Proven ability to identify opportunities and prioritize for results
